The CD Key is the serial number or product code which is a combination of letters and numbers that activates a product, normally found on a sticker inside the game's case or printed on the game's quick reference card. The purchased CD Key is used to register and activate the relevant game. Depending on the product, we provide this in the form of a scan of the code or the actual code in text format.

Xbox Live Subscriptions/Points
You can redeem all types of prepaid codes, including Microsoft gift cards and Xbox Live Gold subscription cards, on your Xbox One console and use them immediately. To do so, follow these steps:
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Home. Make sure you’re signed in to the Microsoft account for which you want to redeem the code.
- On the Home screen, scroll right and select the Microsoft Store icon.
- Select Use a code.
- Use the onscreen keyboard to enter your 25-character code on the Redeem your code or gift cardscreen, and then select Next to finalize your redemption. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.
Once your code is redeemed, you’ll receive a confirmation message
- Sign in to the Microsoft account for which you want to use the prepaid code.
- Press the Guide button on your controller.
- Select Games & Apps, and then select Redeem Code.
- Enter the 25-character prepaid code, and then select Done.
- When prompted, select Yes to confirm the redemption.
- Launch the Xbox app.
- Sign in to your Microsoft account.
- Press the Menu icon in the top-left corner.
- From the drop-down, select Microsoft Store.
- Select Redeem a code.
- Enter your 25-character code on the Redeem your code or gift card screen, and then select Next to finalize your redemption. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.
Sony PlayStation Network
- Open a PlayStation Network (PSN) account (or use your existing PSN account).
- Select the PlayStation Store icon on the PS4 system home screen.
- On PlayStation Store, select 'Redeem Codes' at the bottom of the menu.
- Enter the code.
- Once the code has been entered correctly, select 'Continue' on the dialog box.
- Select 'Confirm' to accept the Trial Code Terms of Service.
- Select 'Continue' to complete code redemption.

- Go to the PlayStation®App on your compatible iPhone or Android device (go to https://www.playstation.com/en-us/explore/ps4/app/ for details).
- Open a PlayStation Network (PSN) account or use your existing PSN account to log in to the app.

PC Games
- Launch Steam and login to your Steam account.
- Click the Games Menu.
- Choose Activate a Product on Steam.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

- Login to Origin with the EA account you would like your game added to.
- Click on the Origin menu at the top left.
- Select "Redeem Product Code".
- Enter the serial key from the back of your game manual.
- The game will be added to your "My Games" section of Origin.
You can also redeem your code via the web:
- Go to activate.ea.com
- Log in with your EA / Origin account information.
- Enter your product code in the "Redeem Your Code" page.
- Start by downloading/installing your Ubisoft game using the download provided on the games product page.
- Once the install is complete, launch the game by either locating the game's shortcut or browse for the game in the Start > Programs list.
- Once Uplay launches, enter your Uplay account username and password.

Some games need to be activated via the Developers Website. E.g. World of Warcraft is activated via battle.net.

Sell To Us - Become A Supplier
Upon registering through the supplier portal registration page:
A staff member will review your application details and be in contact with you, upon the application being accepted through the game services that you can provide, you will gain access to the trader portal system where you are able to take orders that are made from the website for the services that you can cover.
Before you are eligible to take orders on the trader portal system, an agreement is made with a section manager of the site over what you wish to earn, this is then calculated into the listing that is made on the website to cover what you wish to earn, as well as what Digizani will make in profit.
To receive payment, you simply would add your PayPal email address on to your account through the trader portal system, payments to all suppliers are conducted using PayPal Mass Payments, no fees are received by each supplier and payments are released between each day at 11-12pm GMT, the maximum time period to wait for a pay release is 3 days.
Due to you representing our brand a strict code of conduct must be adhered to whilst representing us as a supplier and being in direct communication's with customers:
These are as follows:
- Preferably fast delivery times on the goods or services you can provide.
- Good grammar and communication's whilst in dialogue with customers from our website.
- Can provide customers good support over any queries they may have before or after the delivery of their ordered goods, some may require an explanation on a meeting point, how to sell items to gain a certain particular in game currency, where to perform a certain task in-game etc.
- Proof of delivery: We strictly request that each order a supplier takes to be delivered, must include a before and after image/screenshot/video footage of the goods they have delivered for the customer. To make an order become payable, either the customer them self must confirm on the order page that they have received delivery and marked it as received, or a staff member after you have provided proof of the delivery. It then transmits through to the admin payment system which is paid once the director of operation's performs a pay release to all suppliers that have completed the orders for that working day.
- Joining a Discord server which allow's you to be in direct communication with a section manager of the site and other suppliers for that same game market you provide a service on. This help's to create more innovative services through collaborating as a team and sharing ideas on how to improve both the service and better listings on to Digizani's website, which of course benefit you financially.
The trader portal system has a review system which takes feedback from each customer that has purchased through the website in which you have delivered, we also can see statistics of supplier's delivery times and how they interact with customers which we can review and decide upon any supplier questioning if they can increase their rate of pay per order.
This will only be decided after a set period where good consistency can be shown over delivery times, communication's, support and in how they work with staff to improve the section they cover to have a wider outreach in how it can generate sales.
Our marketing strategy at all times is focused on expansion and to reach region's where the game services that are listed on Digizani can be made aware.
